If you receive routine vaccinations at a medical institution outside the city for homecoming births, etc., based on the Vaccination Law, a document that clarifies that the mayor of Yokohama is responsible for implementing the vaccination, is issued in advance. Issued.

If you have a resident registration in Nishi Ward as of the date of vaccination and wish to receive regular vaccinations at a medical institution outside Yokohama for homecoming births or inpatient treatment, you can apply online from the link below.

If you have difficulty applying online, or if you do not fall under the above reasons but wish to receive vaccinations outside the city, please check the following Yokohama City Public Health Center "If you are vaccinated at a medical institution outside the city" page or contact Health Promotion Section (Tel: 045-320-8439, FAX: 045-324-3703).

• It will take about 1-2 weeks from application to shipment.
• Health Promotion Section may contact you about your application details.
• Vaccinations outside the city are entirely at your own expense, but if you are vaccinated outside the city for homecoming births or inpatient treatment, you can get a refund (redemption payment) of the vaccination fee. We will send an application for reimbursement payment together with the “Vaccination Implementation Request Form” to the target person.
• Vaccinations that have not been issued a “Vaccination Implementation Request Form” or vaccinations other than the implementation method specified in the Vaccination Law (target age, vaccination interval, etc.) are not eligible for refunds.
