Be careful of heat stroke

Heat stroke occurs during the summer season (from July to September).
When conducting activities, please pay attention to the following points.

  1. The activity time should be within 60 minutes.
  2. Let's drink water frequently
When you feel thirsty, you already have enough water in your body. Even if you don't feel thirsty, drink water frequently.
  3. If you sweat a lot, take a moderate amount of salt.
Sweat contains 2-3 grams of salt per liter, so if you drink only water or tea when you sweat a lot, you can do it.
It can reduce the body's salinity and cause muscle cramps.
Let's take an appropriate amount of salt, such as sports drinks.
For sports drinks containing ionic beverages or sodium 40-80 milligrams (in 100 ml), an appropriate amount of salt at the same time as water.
    You can take it.
  4. Let's devise something familiar to prevent the rise of body temperature.
Try to use a coolant, blinds, fan, etc., or wrap a cold, squeezed wet towel around your neck.
  5. Choose clothes that are relaxed and easy to absorb sweat.
The neck area is a part that emits a lot of heat, so don't tighten it.
Choose cotton or hemp as the material, or choose a whitish color instead of black.
  6. Avoid direct sunlight and take breaks frequently.
The temperature in the outdoor scorching sun is higher than the temperature in the weather forecast. Wear a hat when you are active.
Let's take a break frequently in cool places such as shades.
