Individual ward planning promotion costs are expenses for the ward office, which is a base for familiar citizen services, to promote the creation of a unique ward according to local characteristics and needs.
In fiscal 2025, we will develop a variety of businesses according to the characteristics of Nishi Ward so that we can work with local communities to solve problems while reviewing our business content and reducing expenses.

To realize Nishi Ward's basic goal of "a town that values connections and makes everyone happy," we will develop various businesses to improve services for all generations, including the promotion of "a town where we want to raise children and the next generation together."
In 2024, Nishi Ward celebrated its 80th anniversary, and residents, companies, organizations and ward offices worked together to celebrate the anniversary. Utilizing the new connections nurtured in this 80th anniversary in all aspects, we will work with residents and businesses to formulate the 5th “Nikomachi Plan”, foster momentum for GREEN x EXPO 2027, improve the environment around Yokohama Station, improve local disaster prevention capabilities, and promote measures against anti-crime program in cooperation with police.
