This event starts in Tobe Koen in winter and walks toward the goal of Rinko Park (Seaside Park). Every year you can rediscover the charm of Nishi Ward through different routes.

It is also an event where you can enjoy the beautiful world of light woven by about 1,200 candles in winter. Nishi Ward's mascot character "Nishimaro-chan" and a special guest "Hikonyan" from Hikone City will also appear to excite the venue.
