About registration of emergency information transmission system

In order to quickly communicate emergency information in the event of storms and floods, Sakae Ward is using an emergency information transmission system to strengthen the provision of emergency information to local communities.

System Registered Person (Information Recipient)

  1. Chairman of the District Union Neighborhood
  2. Chairman Neighborhood Association, Machiuchi, etc.
  3. Chairman of evacuation shelter
  4. Households subject to evacuation warning immediately

Chairman Neighborhood Association and Machiuchi are eligible for registration, and one additional person, including the officer in charge of disaster prevention, can be registered.

Contents of transmission

In addition to the emergency information at the time of harm, information deemed necessary by the ward will be automatically sent to the registered person's telephone (fixed / mobile) by voice.

How to apply

Please fill out required items in the “Emergency Information Transmission System Registration Application Form (Word)” (word: 18KB) and bring it directly or submit it by e-mail, fax or mail.
