In Sakae Ward, Director General awards elementary school studenｔ students who have achieved outstanding or outstanding achievements in the sports and culture field to make Sakae Ward more energetic in recognition of their achievements.

Elementary, junior high and high school students who live or attend school in Sakae Ward or belong to sports organizations, cultural organizations and those organizations in Sakae Ward.

●Those who have achieved the following achievements in cultural and sports activities
(1) Participation in national competitions, national competitions, etc.
(2) Winners within 3rd place in the Kanto Games, Kanto Competition, etc.

②Mail the following required documents to the ward office (303-19 Katsuracho) and bring it (26th floor on the second floor)
　1 Application form (download below)
　2 Those that can confirm the achievement of the award / participation (such as a copy of a pamphlet or certificate)
　3 (optional) Photographs showing daily activities and practice　
　　　(* Photos will be used to introduce achievements, etc. Cannot be returned* up to 5 points per set)

●Achievements to be selected shall, in principle, participate and receive awards after the application deadline of the previous fiscal year (September 25, 2023).
●If you are eligible for the award as a result of the selection, we will contact you in early October.
●The award ceremony will be held at the Sakae Ward People's Festival on Sunday, November 3rd.

[About holding the award ceremony]
In the case of inhabitant of a ward festival, we hold commendation ceremony.
　※If the stage could not be set up due to rain on the day or the rain on the day before, the event was not possible.
　The award ceremony will be held at the Hongo Junior High School Gymnasium.
　※Even if the event is held at a gymnasium, parents can view it.

[About the possibility of holding the inhabitant of a ward festival]
(1)　In case of stormy weather (heavy rain warning), it will be canceled.
　※The availability of the event on the day (November 3) will be announced on the website at 6:00 am on March 3.
