・Target: 1,500 people aged 20 or older living in Sakae Ward (randomly extracted from the Basic Resident Register)
・Date of implementation: From Wednesday, November 4, 2020 to Wednesday, November 25, 2020
・Method of implementation: Mail distribution, mail collection
・Number of questions: 22 questions
・Number of respondents: 755 cases (collection rate: 50.3%)
