From Sunday, November 13 to Monday, November 14, 2016, we held a tour to visit and interact with Sakaemura, Nagano Prefecture, which has concluded a friendship exchange agreement to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Sakae Ward system. . ○The children of Sakaemura performed a welcome "Sakae Hometown Taiko" at the Katakuri Hall of the Sakaemura government office, and Mr. Morikawa of Sakaemura also gave a greeting.

(３) Visit to "Kizuna" and "Shinetsu Sakae" in roadside rest area
○On March 12, 2011, we observed the Kizuna, which was opened in front of Morimiyanohara Station on the JR Iiyama Line to pray for recovery from the damage caused by the Northern Nagano Earthquake (6.7 in magnitude).

○A guide from the Naeba Sanroku Geopark Council rushed from Tsunan Town, Niigata Prefecture next to Sakaemura, and enjoyed the nature of Akiyamago in late autumn with the guidance of the guide.
