The Seya Ward has formulated the 2nd Seya Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan (FY2011-FY2015) through collaboration between residents and the government.
The purpose of the Community Welfare and Health Plan is to "create a supportive system that clarifies the roles and cooperation of inhabitants of the ward, groups, and the government so that everyone living in the community can live a happy life."
We will continue to work together to ensure that our basic philosophy of "Happiness for Everyone" is realized in all regions of Seya Ward.

Total Plan
The entire area plan is planned by the ward office, the Japan National Council of Social Welfare, community care plaza, etc. for the entire area.
We hold whole area plan promotion round-table conference comprised of representative and expert of welfare health activity group in ward and examine promotion and evaluation of whole area plan.

Initiatives at Community Care Plaza
There are five community care plazas in Seya Ward. Although the operating corporations of the community care plazas are different, the community care plazas in the ward jointly formulated the Seya Ward Community Care Plaza Local Activities Exchange Program to ensure that they can work together in line with the Seya Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan.
As a specific initiative, the “Seya Corolling Exchange Meeting” is organized by Seya Ward 5 Community Care Plaza.
District Plan
The district-specific plan is a plan that incorporates familiar support and watching activities utilizing the human resources and resources of the district, in units of 12 districts in the ward. The regional planning promotion body centered on the Japan National Council of Social Welfare is playing a central role in promoting this plan.

Community Welfare Health Plan Promotion Symposium
We hold community-based welfare health plan promotion symposium to have more people know the second community-based welfare health plan.
We perform announcement or panel display of approach to introduce approach of plan according to district pushing forward in 12 districts in ward.
