At the seminar, students can enjoy learning about the importance of eating habits, which are the basis of health, and the lifestyle-related diseases prevention.
If you want to start a health promotion volunteer through food, or if you want to review your or your family's diet, please apply!
Everyone who has completed the seminar joins a health mate who is active in the community, learns about health promotion, and is active in the community.

A person who lives in Seya Ward and has not attended this seminar and can work as a healthmate after completion.
Capacity: 20 (first come, first served)

※In principle, those who can attend a total of 8 times are eligible.
