However, those who fall under the following are exempt from the cost.
・70 years old → Please bring something that can confirm your age, such as a health insurance card.
・social security Households → Please bring your "Holiday / Night Medical Request Certificate"
・Those who are eligible for the Chinese residual Japanese support benefit system → Please bring your "identity identification card"
・Households exempt from municipal tax and prefectural tax in the previous fiscal year or taxable households only for per capita rate → Procedures are required before health check-up. Please contact your ward office, Health and Welfare Division Health Promotion Section.

The Yokohama Periodontal Disease health check-up uses the following items:
1． Tooth condition (seeing all teeth)
2． Periodontal tissue status (measures periodontal pockets * for specific teeth)
※Periodontal pocket: Groove between teeth and gums

※We do not carry out imaging tests with X-rays or tartar removal at Yokohama City Periodontal Disease health check-up.
In addition, even if treatment is required, treatment will not be performed on the same day as health check-up unless the patient wishes.
(If you receive treatment even on the same day as health check-up, you will be charged the treatment fee at the counter separately from the health check-up consultation fee.)
