Seya Ward's mother (parents) classroom

This is a classroom for first-time births to acquire correct knowledge and eliminate concerns about pregnancy and childbirth. It's 1 course in four sessions. Since the third time is a parent's classroom, we recommend that you join the couple. Advance reservations are required, so please check the following and make a reservation by phone.

• Text "Yokohama Child Care Guidebook Which one" (handed over when the Mother and Child Handbook is issued)
• Please bring your toothbrush in use for the first time.
• Please come in easy-to-exercise clothes for the second time.

In Yokohama City, we will hold an online mother and parents classroom to tell you how to spend your time during pregnancy, the progress of childbirth, how to respond to changes after childbirth, and childcare.
