Specialized counselors are available for consultations on consumer life, such as "I have a complaint about the products and services I bought, but I do not know what to do." At first please call Consumer Affairs Center (telephone 845-6666). Consultation by interview (reservation required) will be conducted at the ward office and center as necessary.
