Opinions and suggestions

Please send us your suggestions and opinions to Yokohama City and Seya Ward. The post you send will be sent to the department in charge from the ward office in your ward and reflected in the municipal administration. For details, please see the outline of "Proposals from Citizens".

"Suggestions from citizens" contribution form uses Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system. Please access it from the following post form.

If the "Suggestions from Citizens" submission form is not available or is posted with an attached file from a smartphone, etc., please send it to [email protected] (e-mail for Seya Ward's "Suggestions from Citizens").

In order for the ward office to use the ward office comfortably, we ask about your awareness and opinions regarding the services and community development of the Seya Ward Office. Proposal boxes and submission forms are located in the entrance hall on the 1st floor of the ward government building, the general information on the 2nd floor, and the elevator halls on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors.
