We went to see a new cultural base "hydrangea plaza" at the south exit of Seya Station (September 8, 2021).

　The redevelopment building of the Seya Station South Exit Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project, which has been under construction at the Seya Station South Exit, has been completed over about two years and will be unveiled on September 11 (Saturday). Will be Maintenance work on the station square and surrounding roads will continue, but we were able to reach a major milestone in the completion of the building. I would like to express my sincere respect to all those who have worked hard.
　In this building, in addition to urban housing and commercial facilities, the Hydrangea Plaza, the 11th inhabitant of a ward cultural center in the city, is built on the 3rd and 4th floors, and preparations are underway for opening in March next year. I am. By the way, this nickname "hydrangea plaza" was named after the hydrangea, a flower of the ward, by application from the ward.
　This time, I would like to introduce some of the facilities of Hydrangea Plaza.
　First, on the third floor, there are two galleries and three conference rooms. The walls of this gallery are movable and can be used in a large venue that integrates the two galleries. In addition, I hope that conference rooms can be used widely at local meetings.

　On the 4th floor, there is a multi-purpose music room and two music practice rooms. The multi-purpose music room was equipped with a variety of latest equipment such as stages and screens that could be adjusted to any height you like, but did not dare to place fixed seats to make it available in a large space. I hope it can be used for various events such as music and dance.　

　For inhabitants of a ward, we aim to be a cultural exchange base that is familiar, easy to use, and always full of fun, so please look forward to the opening. We hope that "hydrangea plaza" will be a place where inhabitants of a ward can gather and challenge various activities.
