✿What is an open garden?✿

Introduce the gardens of private homes and flower beds raised by local residents as venues.
This is a project that allows visitors to freely visit and enjoy.
Please take a look at the gardens and flower beds that are carefully maintained.

✿Outline of the event✿

■Opening period　※You can enter the garden and enjoy it.

●From Friday, April 4, 2000 to Sunday, 6th from 10:00 to 15:00
●From Friday, May 9, Reiwa 7 to Sunday, 11th from 10:00 to 15:00
※In Yokohama, the opening of the event will be canceled if the weather warning (a storm, heavy rain, or flood) is issued on the day of the event. Thank you for your understanding.

Free tour period from outside

※Some venues have not been posted. Please check the brochure for venues that have not been posted on Google Maps.

Open Garden Information Center

Please use the "Open Garden Information Center" at the south exit of Mitsukyo Station, Seya Station North Exit Station Square.
During the opening period (from Friday, April 4 to Sunday, May 6, from Friday, May 9 to Sunday, 11 from 10:00 to 15:00 each day), distribution of pamphlets, access of each venue, highlights, etc. We will set up an open garden special information center to provide guidance.

Each day, we will distribute flower seeds to the first 50 people at each information center!

✿Requests to those who visit✿

The open garden is made up of the participation venue and the courtesy of the local residents. Please observe the manners and observe the tour.

〇 To avoid damaging the garden, do not touch plants or figurines, and pay attention to your feet.

〇 Gardens and flower beds during the event are marked by "up flags" and "plates".

〇 There is no parking lot. Please use public transportation.

〇 Restrooms in private homes are not available. Please use a public toilet.

〇 When taking photos in the venue, be careful not to reflect personally identifiable items such as faces and nameplates of unlicensed people.

〇 When strolling near the venue, please take a look at the participating venue and the local residents.

A picking event for wildflowers that bloomed from "Tane Dango®"

We carry out free flower picking experience of wild flower which bloomed in Seya Hongo Park.

Period From Saturday, April 26, Reiwa 7 to Tuesday, May 6

　※Abandoned weather ※It will end as soon as the flowers are gone.

[Venue] Seya Hongo Park (around baseball field outfield fence) (outside site)

　※It can be picked only in the specified area.

Access Get off at Seya Station on the Sotetsu Line, north exit → Approx. 1.3km (15-minute walk) toward Seya Library

Others Please bring your scissors for picking.

　※We have a bag for bouquets at the management office. (Administrative office hours 9:00 to 20:00)　

　※Pick up to 15 per person

　※Contents are subject to change depending on the weather and flower growth status. Thank you for your understanding.

A part of the outfield fence around the baseball stadium will be the flower picking venue.

The above guide plate is a mark of the picking area.

※Only wildflowers can be picked. Please be careful not to remove any other plants in the planting area.

Seya Open Garden x Yokohama Walking Point stamp rally

"There are three types of stamp rally: the Kamiseya / Aizawa / Tono course (courses A, B, C), the Akuwa / Mitsukyo course (courses D, E), and the Seya Station / Shimoseya course (courses F, G, H).

※Please refer to the brochure for the walking course.

[How to participate] Launch the Yokohama Walking Point app and start the "Spot Search" from the "map screen" at each spot (OK in no order, OK even if you do not go around in one day, check-in at each venue)

[Premises] Gifts will be given to those who have checked in more than 5 places.

A Seyamaru hand towel will be presented to those who present the stamp event screen at the Information Center (Seya Station / Mitsukyo Station) or Seya Ward Office Ward Administration Promotion Division (37th floor on the 3rd floor)!

The exchange of prizes will be completed until Friday, May 16 (it will end as soon as the prizes are gone.)

Show off the charm of the garden and flower bed! City Hall Exhibition

The state of the previous exhibition

Period: From Wednesday, April 2, Reiwa 7 to Tuesday, 15th 9:00 to 21:00 each day
Location: Yokohama City Hall Exhibition Space B

We will hold a joint open garden exhibition in Seya Ward, Asahi Ward, Kohoku Ward and Sakae Ward. At the exhibition, we will display photographs and objects that show the state of the venues in each ward, and send out the charm of gardens and flower beds that everyone in the city is taking care of with all their heart.
Please drop in when you come to Yokohama City Hall!

Let's go around the garden in the 4th ward! stamp rally Project

Original eco bag

If you check in at least one of the 4 wards [Seya Ward, Asahi Ward, Kohoku Ward, Sakae Ward] that hold open gardens, check in at least one of the stamp rally (Yokohama Walking App) in three wards or more, you will receive an original eco bag!

Eco Bag is an original design that gathers mascot characters from the 4th ward!

Please present the stamp event screen at the Information Center (Seya Station / Mitsukyo Station) or Seya Ward Office Ward Administration Promotion Division (37th floor on the 3rd floor).
You can also use it at the ward office Ward Administration Promotion Division window in the host ward (Asahi Ward, Kohoku Ward, Sakae Ward).
