The 1st Workshop for Representative Yokohama City Council was held in 2024.

　On Friday, November 29, 2024, under the theme of "well-being in urban management," Mr. Takehiko Nagumo, Representative Director of the Smart City Institute, was invited as a lecturer to hold a workshop for parliamentarians at the Yokohama City Council Plenary Hall.
　Instructor Nagumo gave a lecture on the importance of policy planning from the perspective of well-being that captures happiness, including not only economic wealth but also spiritual wealth and purpose of life, and environmental and social sustainability. He talked about the importance of policy planning from the perspective of well-being.
