Totsuka Ward Regional Independence Support Council

　Since 2009, Totsuka Ward has held a regional independence support council, with or without disabilities.
We are promoting the community development where everyone can continue to live with peace of mind.

　A variety of organizations in the city participate and make horizontal connections, while discussing and solving local issues.
We are making efforts to expand understanding of disabilities.
