News of youth healthy upbringing business subsidy to bring up in area in 2025

We provide assistance to projects in Totsuka Ward that aim to foster healthy youth development.

Application Guidelines

Target organizations

(1)More than one-third of our members are residents of Totsuka Ward, and our main activities are those in Totsuka Ward.
(2)Organizations with clear presence of organizations and representatives
(3)Organizations that are not political, religious, or for-profit organizations

Target business

(1)In general, the purpose is to foster healthy youth from school age to 24 years old.
(2)Call for participation in the entire area or region of Totsuka Ward (approximately at least district unit);
If the participant is only a member of the applicant organization, it will not be eligible for assistance.
(3)Do not receive subsidies directly from administrative agencies in the application business.
(4)Not intended for political, religious, or commercial business.

Supplementary contents

There are large-scale business courses and general business courses. The maximum amount varies depending on the course, and will be subsidized within two-thirds of the subsidized expenses.

Subsidized expenses

Of the expenses required for the implementation of the project, the expenses to be subsidized are as follows.
However, expenses related to exchange meetings and social gatherings only by group members are not eligible for assistance.

Cost of consumables	Purchase of goods for temporary use, such as office supplies associated with business
Communication costs	Postcards, stamps, and delivery costs associated with the business ※Call and communication charges are not included.
Construction and transportation costs	Consignment costs for setting up venues and transporting equipment ※Those that can be set up and transported by groups are not eligible.
Transportation expenses	Transportation expenses required for meetings with external lecturers, transportation expenses required for external lecturers and staff (operating cooperators and group members) on the day ※Transportation expenses for meetings for preparation, etc. are excluded.

Examination

Based on the submitted application documents, etc., the subsidy study meeting will examine the business contents document selection and presentation and determine the grant amount.
※For details, we will contact the applicant individually.

Grant decision

We will notify you of the delivery and non-delivery by mail in late April. (We may reduce the amount from the application amount and make a grant decision.)
The implementation of this subsidy project is subject to the approval of the 2025 budget in Yokohama City Council.

Reporting

After the grant is decided, a report must be submitted when the project is completed.
