About the 28th Challenge Festival
Youth instructors are abbreviated as "blue finger". The name is "Seishi".
We are working to promote the healthy development of young people by promoting the voluntary activities of young people in the local community and their organization activities.
What are you doing?
・We hold events that take advantage of the characteristics of each region, such as camps and craft classes, and provide experience opportunities for young people.
・We will conduct night patrols in each region and surveys on the status of classification display of harmful books, etc., to improve the social environment surrounding young people.
・We carry out workshops on the theme of various issues faced by young people in each ward and city.
Members of Totsuka Ward's blue finger gather to hold events for young people.
We hold events in each district in 17 districts in Totsuka Ward.
It is issued twice a year, and contains the activity schedule of youth instructors and one point of child care.
In addition to distributing it to elementary and junior high schools in the ward, it is also distributed at public institutions such as the Totsuka Ward Office, district centers in the ward, and community houses.
