Promotion of local culture

The Totsuka Kids Ikiiki Art Festival, which began in 2007, is a part of creating the appeal of the city of Tozuka by making use of cultural arts, elementary school studenｔ at schools in the city and various cultural activities of students. It is an event to send to everyone.
Adults related to children in the community, such as the government, youth instructors, PTA, and YMCA, work together to support the presentation of the results of school-specific club activities and exchange activities that transcend the boundaries of after school program and schools.
