Director General will decide within the budget, up to 9/10 of the amount recognized as subsidized expenses, up to the amount shown in the table below.

Subject of assistance
Organization
Organizations eligible for the subsidy are those that meet all of the following conditions.
- The presence of organizations and representatives is clear, the business base is located in Totsuka Ward, with five or more members and more than half living in Totsuka Ward.
- There are rules for the operation of the organization.
- It is recognized that continuous efforts can be made.
- Accounting is carried out properly
- Not intended for politics, religion, or profit
In addition, based on rule of Yokohama-shi gang exclusion regulations (December, 2011 Yokohama-shi regulations 51st) Article 8, group corresponding to any of the following is excluded.
- Gangsters (Act on the Prevention of Unjust Acts by Gangsters (Law No. 77 of 1991). The following is referred to as the "law." ) Refers to gangsters prescribed in Article 2, item 2. )
- In the case of a corporation, a gangster among the representatives or officers (meaning a gangster prescribed in Article 2, Item 6 of the Act). The same shall apply hereinafter in this paragraph. )
- In the case of an organization that does not have a legal personality, the representative corresponds to a gangster
Business
Business to issue subsidy assumes business to plan local problem solution including promotion of community-based welfare by local place of residence and corresponds to all of next kakugo.
- Providing a place where local residents can easily gather and carry out various activities, or providing opportunities for local residents to make continuous connections using information and communication technology.
- Information provision and consultation to local residents
- After the subsidy is completed, the project has a prospect of independence.
- Other businesses necessary for the operation of a place to stay
In addition, those that fall under any of the following are excluded.
- For-profit purposes or businesses that benefit only specific individuals or groups
- Business for the purpose of political or religious activities
- Activities aimed only at exchange and fellowship among local residents and group members
- Projects for the purpose of research or research only
- For the purpose of facility maintenance and purchase of equipment, etc.
- Anything that violates public order and morals
- Other businesses deemed inappropriate by Director General
Expenses
Expenses to be subsidized are expenses necessary to conduct business and fall under any of the following.
- Rewards and rewards
- Travel expenses and transportation expenses
- Purchase costs of goods (excluding items exceeding 1 million yen per item)
- Printing and bookbinding costs
- Utility costs, fuel costs
- Repair costs and construction contract costs
- Communication and transportation costs
- Premiums
- Consignment fee
- Rental fees and rent
- Cost of raw materials
- Other expenses deemed necessary by Director General
Period
As a general rule, the subsidy period is a single year, and the grant of subsidies for businesses of the same content performed by the same subsidized company is limited to five years from the first year issued.
Grant application
Please apply between April 1, 2025 and June 2, 2025.
The application will be closed as soon as the budget runs out even during the period.

- Other documents deemed necessary by Director General
Performance Report
Please submit within 2 months after the end of the business or by April 30, 2026, whichever comes first.

- Totsuka Ward area subsidy results report (No. 9 style) (word: 12KB)
- Subsidy business report (the tenth style) making place to stay in Totsuka Ward area (word: 12KB)
- Subsidy income statement for making a place to stay in the Totsuka Ward area (No. 11 style) (word: 16KB)
- Copy of documents proving expenditure such as receipts
Billing
Please make a request after the project is completed.
However, if Director General recognizes that the subsidy project cannot be implemented unless the subsidy is issued before the completion of the subsidy project, all or part of the subsidy may be issued before the completion of the subsidy project. Please consult us.
The subsidy will be issued within 30 days from the date of receipt of the appropriate subsidy invoice.
