Confirmation of non-statutory public property jurisdiction

If you need to confirm the jurisdiction of non-statutory public property (blue ground), please submit a complete set of required documents.

The application window is Public Works Office in each ward where the property you want to confirm is located.
If your property is within Totsuka Ward, please apply to Public Works Office Tozuka.

・Copy of Legal Affairs Bureau official map (2 copies)
Indicates the start and end point (start point △ point, end point - point) of the target property
・Copy of boundary survey map such as road waterway or road ledger area map
Only when the above drawing is created in the adjacent waterway
・Local photo: The location of the target property is clearly indicated on the photograph
・Others
