On October 9, 2021, the members of the Higashitotsuka Community Development Committee planted flowers at West Exit Higashitotsuka Station.

The Higashitotsuka Community Development Committee sponsored approximately 25 volunteers planted flowers such as stock, pansies and nadeshiko dianthus, a kind of autumn seven herbs, at Higashitotsuka Station West Exit.
On the day, volunteers have also installed illuminations of "Higashitotsuka Music Light", and I am looking forward to the scenery of the city day and night in the future.
