Sales of barbers and beauty salons

Health and Welfare Center's permission and notification are required to open barbers, beauty salons, laundry shops, public bath, inns, entertainment halls, pools, hot springs and barns.
In addition, if there is a change in the contents of permission or notification, a change procedure is required.
