2nd "Happy New Year"

　Happy New Year. We are grateful to all of you for welcoming the New Year in a healthy manner.
　Since my arrival in April last year, I have participated in many events such as local events. . I feel a great deal of enthusiasm for improving your area and thank you very much for welcoming you with a smile.
　This year, we will further focus on disaster prevention and reduce disaster damage initiatives and work with you to formulate the fifth phase of the "Totsuka Heart Plan" Totsuka Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan. In addition, we will proceed with the conservation Revitalization Plan for the row of cherry blossom trees along the Kashio River, with the participation of nearby Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, the shopping association, schools, volunteer groups and companies.
　We value connection between person and aim at town where anyone can live in peace in peace and enrichment, and the staff will work together to manage ward administration.
