(1) Those who are interested in election work, are aware of being a public servant, and are not involved in election campaigns or political activities during the appointment period
　　※Political acts are restricted by the Local Public Service Act, the Public Office Election Law, and the Political Funds Control Law.
(2) Those who do not fall under any of the items of Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act
(3) Those who have good health and can actively work.
　　

(1) Appointment period
　　Approximately one month before the voting day to two weeks after the voting day
(2) Number of working days
　　During the appointment period, the number of days specified by the affiliation manager (including weekends and holidays)
　　※The work date will be determined at a later date.
(3) Working hours
　　From 9:00 to 17:00 (break time: 60 minutes)
(4) Work location
　　Totsuka Ward Office (16-17 Totsuka-cho, Totsuka-ku, Totsuka-ku)
　　Tozuka Sports Center (477, Kamikuratacho, Totsuka-ku)
(5) Salary
　　8,540 yen per day (subject to change due to revision of the planned amount as of April 2024, salary and remuneration levels.)
　　Amount equivalent to commuting expenses will be paid separately
(6) Holidays, etc.
　　According to the rules regarding working hours, vacations, etc. of staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City
(7) Others
　　Depending on the number of working days, you may join employee health insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance. Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.

(1) If the election specified in 1 was not held in Totsuka-ku, Yokohama in 2024, the list registration will be invalidated.
