Origin of place name
According to legend, the place names of "Tozuka" have three origins: "Tomizuka", "Totsuka", and "Toyotsuka".
In addition, Tomizuka Yahata (Totsukamachi) is said to have been called "Tozuka" in the late Heian period, Shurokuro Tozuka and his descendants worked on the development of this area. .
