The Totsuka Photo Collection provides some of the image data owned by the Totsuka Ward Office under the Creative Commons license (CC license).
"Creative Commons" is the name of the activity that aims to use and distribute the work, and is the name of the organization that is engaged in the activity. 1. How to use
(1)　Data published in the Totsuka Photo Collection will be published based on the notation of the CC license.
(2)　You do not need to obtain the consent of the Totsuka Ward Office to use the data as long as the conditions described in the CC license are met. In addition, there is no charge.
(3)　By downloading the data, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use.

2 Prohibitions
Regardless of the notation of the CC license, acts that fall under any of the following are prohibited.
(1)　Acts that violate public order and morals
(2)　Acts that lead to criminal acts or illegal acts
(3)　Acts that interfere with the operation of Yokohama City
(4)　Acts that infringe on human rights, such as property and privacy of third parties, or acts that threaten safety, such as slandering third parties.

The Totsuka Ward Office does not waive ownership or other property rights of data.
