Mr. Masaaki Horio
◆Tutor profile
Born in April 1955, Born in Saitama Prefecture. Graduated from Waseda University.
Joined NHK in April 1981. Kitakyusyu, March 2008 NHK Retirement (Toki Retirement Executive (Deputy Director General) announcer).
Until 2014, he served as a visiting professor at Nippon Sport Science University and received the 10th Musei Tokugawa Citizen Award in 2010 to teach sports journalism to students.
Currently, he is active in lecture activities, symposiums, and event moderators all over the country, including lecturer at Waseda University Communication Course.
In particular, he has given more than 700 lectures on hints for regional revitalization over the past 10 years, taking advantage of his experience in NHK's “Positiveness in the Neighborhood” era.
