Youth Instructor

Youth instructors are commissioned by the mayor and prefectural governors based on recommendations from Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations, etc., in order to promote youth voluntary activities and their development activities to foster healthy youth throughout the region.

The Tsurumi Ward Youth Instructor's Council consists of approximately 130 people selected from 18 districts in the city and belongs to one of the Training Subcommittee, Business Subcommittee, and Public Relations and Investigation Subcommittee.

In order to enhance the daily activities of youth instructors, we plan and operate workshops aimed at improving knowledge and skills through lectures and group work.

We plan and operate a dance presentation “Autumn FES in Tsurumi” for junior and senior high school students living and studying in Tsurumi Ward.

Create "News from Blue Fingers".
In order to convey the activities of youth instructors to the local community in an easy-to-understand manner, such as introducing activities in each district, we have created discussions.
The completed "Aosashi Newsletter" is distributed to ward offices, district centers, community houses, etc.

We participate in inhabitant of a ward festival such as "Mitsuike Park Festival" and "Tsurumi Rinkai Festival" and work to promote healthy youth development, such as simultaneous unified action patrol activities throughout the city. (At the inhabitant of a ward festival, we usually have a booth for sesame and paper dragonflies.)
