About infant medical examination that we carry out in ward office
In ward office, we carry out infants medical examination (4-month-old child, 1-year-old 6-month-old child, 3-year-old child).
Infant health checkups are an opportunity to confirm the growth of your child at the milestone of growth and support child-rearing, and it is important to have them take them at a better time.
To ensure that you have a medical checkup with peace of mind
In conducting infant health checkups at the ward office, we will take basic infection prevention measures against COVID-19 and others.
Please cooperate with the following when you visit.
(1) If you have a cold, a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, or an acute rash, please refrain from consulting.
(2) Please refrain from consulting not only for children who are subject to medical examinations but also for those who have symptoms such as fever or cough in their family.
(3) Thank you for your cooperation in taking out used diapers.
About Check ups for Infants and Toddlers
On the day of the checkup for infants and children aged 4 months, 1 year and 6 months, and 3 years old, please check the information on the checkup sent individually.
If you can not receive it on the designated date, please consult after the designated date.
A medical checkup is a good opportunity to learn about your child's growth. We offer a variety of childcare consultations. Please use it.
