The ward office is subject to the following license procedures.

If you click on each license, you will be directed to the website of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare or Kanagawa Prefecture, so please check the documents required for the procedure there.

• As a general rule, those who have Address in Yokohama can apply for a license (new application, renewal application, re-grant application, etc.) at Health and Welfare Center in any ward in Yokohama city. (However, applications for rewriting of a cook's license, dietitian's license, re-grant application, etc. issued by prefectures other than Kanagawa Prefecture will be handled in the issuing prefecture, so please contact them.)
  (If your work location is in Yokohama, you can apply for a license for a public health nurse, midwife, nurse, or associate nurse at Health and Welfare Center in any ward.)
• The Reception hours license procedure at Tsurumi Ward Office is from 8:45 to 17:00 on weekdays.
• Those who apply for a prefectural issuance license will have to pay a fee at a city financial institution (excluding post offices) using the payment slip handed at the ward office Health Sanitation Division window, and confirm the payment slip at the window .
• If you are applying for re-grant, please bring something that can prove your identity (driver's license, passport, health insurance card) and come by yourself.
