The purpose of "public hearing" is to listen to citizen's opinions and requests widely and reflect them in municipal administration.
Many opinions and requests are sent to the ward office. If you can solve it immediately, the person in charge will respond, and if you need a budget, consider whether it can be implemented from the following year. Issues that need to be considered over time will be used as a reference for future measures.

Please send suggestion and opinion to Yokohama municipal administration and ward administration.
The content you sent will be sent to the department in charge from Tsurumi Ward Office Ward Administration Promotion Division, and the department in charge will respond.

We accept requests from organizations and joint names. Director General's name will be sent by mail.

Please bring it directly to the ward office Public Relations Section (ward office 1st floor) or send it by mail. There is no specified format, but please note the following points.

• The address must be clearly stated as "Mayor of Tsurumi".
• The contact information such as the organization name and location, and the name of the representative must be specified.
• The content of opinions and requests must be clearly stated.

Inhabitant of a ward meeting promotes the making of livable city by inhabitants of a ward running voluntarily and independently and discussing various local issues with inhabitants of a ward (the activity ended in 2019) .
