Recruitment of Y-Nurs (Yokohama City Disaster Support Nurse)

Qualified public health nurses, midwives, nurses, and associate nurses who live or work in Yokohama City, temporary rescue stations installed at the ward office in the event of a disaster, evacuation shelter (designated elementary and junior high schools) in the ward, etc. Those who can support activities. (However, in principle, those who are supposed to attend the workplace in the event of a disaster, such as working at a hospital, are excluded.)

Please fill out the registration form with required items and mail or bring it to Health and Welfare Division Health and Welfare Center.
After accepting the application form, you will receive a Y-Nurse registration certificate. (In the case of application by mail, we will send it by mail at a later date.)
