About "Tsuzuki vegetables"

Vegetables are one of the important foods that contain the nutrients needed for our body. However, modern Japanese people are said to be lack of vegetables in any generation. The goal of “Healthy Yokohama 21” is to add one more dish (70g) of vegetable dishes to daily meals.
