What is Health Management?
Health management is to think about health promotion from a management perspective and practice strategically based on the belief that efforts to maintain and promote employee health are investments that will increase profitability in the future.
※"Health management" is a registered index of the Non-Profit Organization Health Management Study Group.
Yokohama Health Management Certification System
Yokohama City certifies establishments that are actively engaged in "health management" in order to support city offices that engage in employee health promotion.

Tsuzuki Ward provides individual consultations to business sites that want to know more about the Yokohama Health Management Certification.

We held a joint briefing with certified establishments in the city.
On June 24, 2024, the “Yokohama Health Management Certification 2025 Joint Briefing” was held at the Tsuzuki Ward Office.
In this briefing session, in addition to the explanation from the ward office, Mr. Eisuke Tamura, President and CEO of Sanei Air Conditioning Industry Co., Ltd., who has obtained the Yokohama Health Management Certification AA, has obtained the certification and feels it and is currently working on it. We talked about what we are doing.
In addition, group discussions were held to exchange opinions on employee health issues and what each business site is working on.
On the day of the event, a total of 12 people from 9 companies participated, and it was a very valuable opportunity to promote health management.
