Usage Guide

■ Opening hours 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
■ Closed Sunday, public holidays, third Monday of every month, New Year's holiday

・Group registration is required to use the facilities (tables, rental equipment, etc.) of the Tsuzuki Kumin Activity Center.
(Registration is not required for consultation or volunteer dispatch requests, etc.)
・Booths, printing machines, and equipment rental must be made in advance (reservations can be made 3 months prior to the date of use)
・You can rent equipment for up to one week.
・Please bring your own consumables such as copy paper, tapes, and stapler needles.

You can make reservations for facility use, equipment rental, and consultation coordination from the following reservation site. If you have any questions about your reservation, please contact the Tsuzuki Kumin Activity Center.

If you register with the inhabitant of a ward activity center as an organization that operates in the area, you will be able to use meeting booths and equipment. We will support recruitment of members and recruitment of participants such as events and courses.
If you wish to register as a group, you will need to visit the inhabitant of a ward activity center, so please make a reservation from the "Consultation / Online Consultation" on the reservation site.

In April 2025, the name was changed from "Program Bank" to "Teacher of Tsuzuki Ward   Town".

If you register with the inhabitant of a ward activity center as a "teacher of Tsuzuki Ward   Machi", who works as a volunteer utilizing your experience, strengths, and qualifications, we will support the creation of opportunities for everyone.
In addition, meeting booths and equipment will be available.
If you wish to register as a teacher in Tsuzuki Ward   Town, you will need to visit the Residents' Activities Center, so please make a reservation from the "Consultation / Online Consultation" on the reservation site (online consultation is also possible).
