Guidance about distribution of public information Yokohama Tsuzuki Ward   version

In Yokohama-shi, we issue information paper "public information Yokohama" (city version, ward version) to send information about municipal administration on the 1st of every month.

• Distributed by Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations and public relations distribution organizations (condominiums, etc.) by the 10th of the month of issue.
• For residents who do not apply to the above, the Yokohama PR Box has been set up in Tsuzuki Ward  .
• Published and downloaded on the Tsuzuki Ward   website

1 Join Neighborhood Associations Neighborhood Association

If there are Neighborhood Association or Neighborhood Associations in the area, they will be distributed through them when they join.

2 Create a public relations distribution organization

If there are no Neighborhood Association or Neighborhood Associations in the area and the number of households, such as apartments, condominiums, and company housing, is a large number of households, they can be distributed through registration as a public relations distribution organization. 3 Use PR box

If it is difficult to obtain through a group, please use the "Yokohama City PR Box". It is installed in public spaces that are often used by citizens, such as stations, ward offices, and banks. A public relations paper is set up at the beginning of each month.
