If a person other than the person comes to the counter, a power of attorney is required.
Please bring a letter of attorney stating that you will delegate Address, name, date of birth, seal, date of delegation, Address, name, date of birth, and income of the delegate (the person coming to the ward office).
However, if you live in Yokohama and come to the counter in resident certificate Kami-same household, you can guess the delegation relationship, so you can give it to anyone other than yourself.
Please note that proxy is necessary for the house いの (even if same household in resident certificate in the suburbs) now outside Yokohama-shi.
