2 Can I have a taxable (non-taxable) certificate sent by mail?

A


A certificate will be sent to you by mail only for requests by mail from the person.
(1) Taxable (non-taxable) certification application ※Download of application style (to page of request of municipal tax, prefectural tax taxation (non-taxable) certificate) (outside site)
(2) Fixed amount of money for commissions ※Please purchase at the post office and do not fill in anything.
※This is not required for a fee exemption. ⇒Example of exemption: Entering a nursery school, applying for exemption from insurance premiums in National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin), etc. For more information, please contact City Tax Section Aoba Ward Tax Division.
(3) Reply envelope ※Please indicate your return address Address name and attach a stamp.
(4) If you have moved to another city and your current address does not match the transfer address reported to Yokohama City, a copy of your identity verification documents (such as a health insurance card or driver's license that can confirm your current address and name)
※The fee is 300 yen per copy (one person, one year).
※Certificates cannot be returned to anyone other than the taxpayer (home). Certificates cannot be returned to work, relatives, etc.
※In the case of mailing, tax exemption (tax exemption) certification application with a power of attorney cannot be accepted.

Please enclose the above required documents in (1) to (4) and send it to the address below.

When handwriting the application form, please fill in the following required items on the stationery etc.
(a) Type of certificate required
(b) Purpose of use and destination
(c) Number of copies required
(d) Name and date of birth
(o) Current address and Address when living in Aoba Ward
(c) Phone number that can be contacted during the day (necessary if there are any incomplete or unclear points in the application documents)
(Ki) Years in which certification is required
Example: Tax proof for FY2018 (income proof from January to December 2017)
※"Proof of income for Heisei ◇ year" cannot determine which year certification is required.

[Case in which a certificate cannot be issued]
(a) If there is no data because it has not been declared
If you do not submit taxable materials such as tax returns, it will be treated as undeclared. If you do not declare, you will not be able to issue a certificate because there is no data required for certification. Therefore, it is necessary to submit a report etc.
[Note] Depending on the content of the declaration, it may take some time to issue a taxable (non-taxable) certificate.

(b) If there is no Address in Aoba Ward
Those who have Address in Aoba Ward as of January 1 can issue a tax certificate at the Aoba Ward Office.
[Example] When a tax certificate for fiscal 2017 (income and income proof for 2017) is required
Those who have Address in Aoba Ward as of January 1, 2018 (with exceptions)
If you have moved into Aoba Ward after January 2, 2018, please contact the municipalities in Address as of January 1, 2018.

※If the Address on resident certificate is different from the Address where you actually live, you may be subject to city and prefectural tax at the municipality where you live. In such a case, the Aoba Ward Office cannot issue a tax exemption certificate, so please contact the Personal Resident Tax Division of the municipality where you actually live.
*If you have lived abroad for more than one year, you may not be able to issue a taxable (non-taxable) certificate, so please contact us in advance.
