Duties
1 Check ups for Infants and Toddlers Nursing Staff
Check ups for Infants and Toddlers Business Assistance (Measurement, consultation assistance, arrangement of medical examination slips, etc.)
2 Maternal and Child Health Services and Nursing Staff
(1) Consultation services for pregnant women and caregivers (windows, telephone calls, visits, etc.)
(2) Recommendation of consultation for those who have not yet undergone infant health checkups
(3) Other duties necessary for implementation of maternal and child health business
3 Check ups for Infants and Toddlers Dental Hygienist Staff
Check ups for Infants and Toddlers Business Assistance (medical examination assistance, group guidance, individual consultation, record arrangement, etc.)
4 Check ups for Infants and Toddlers Nutritionist Staff
Check ups for Infants and Toddlers Business Assistance (medical examination assistance, group guidance, individual consultation, record arrangement, etc.)
Common to 1-4
Disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)
Eligibility
Those who meet the following requirements
1 Check ups for Infants and Toddlers, nursing staff and maternal and child health and nursing staff
Being a nurse, public health nurse, or midwife
2 Check ups for Infants and Toddlers Dental Hygienist Staff
Dental hygienist
3 Check ups for Infants and Toddlers Dietitian Staff
Nutritionist
Disqualification clauses (1-3 common)
In the event of disqualification for recruitment stipulated in Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act, the appointment of the fiscal year appointment staff cannot be made.
- Persons who are sentenced to imprisonment or higher and until their execution is completed or no longer received.
- A person who has been dismissed as a Yokohama City employee and has not passed two years from the date of the disposition.
- A person who is in the position of a member of the Human Resources Committee or Equity Committee and has been sentenced to imprisonment for committing a crime prescribed in Chapter 5 of the Local Public Service Act
- A person who has formed or joined a political party or other organization that claims to destroy the Constitution of Japan or the government enacted under it by violence after the date of enforcement of the Constitution of Japan
- A person who is to be based on the previous example pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Revision of Part of the Civil Code (Act No. 149 of 1999)
