Aoba Ward Symbol
On November 6, 1994, it was established to commemorate the birth of the ward.
The letters of AOBA were superimposed on the image of a tree to symbolize "Yokohama of the Hill" to express the gentle atmosphere of nature.
Trees and flowers of Aoba Ward
On November 6, 2004, in commemoration of the 10th anniversary of the Aoba Ward System, based on the votes of the inhabitants of the ward, the trees of the ward were enacted as "wild cherry tree" and the flowers of the ward were "nashi".
