Return to the Asahi Ward Citizenship Support Center Minakuru

Asahi Ward has implemented the Asahi Ward Regional Human Resources Bank Project in order to encourage residents to utilize the knowledge and skills acquired through various activities in the community as volunteers.
Registered people are called "advisors", and "Minakuru" introduces them to circles and organizations looking for performers who will perform musical instruments and magic at instructors and events, helping you with your activities and making friends I am doing.
"Advisors" are registered to give lectures on topics such as magic, music performances, picture story show, balloon art and dance, computer, language, Japanese calligraphy, painting, gymnastics, yoga, stretching, etc., and environment, child care and education.

• Understand the purpose of lifelong learning and social activities, and have the willingness to utilize various knowledge, skills, skills, experience, etc. as volunteers in the community
• Not intended for profit, religion, or political activities

"Advisor" can use the exhibition corner as a place to introduce activities, disseminate information, and present works.

[Flow]

1. Consultation
   ・Please contact "Minakuru" and apply.
2. Confirmation
   ・After consultation, "Minakuru" will inform the advisor of the request from the client and confirm that it will be accepted.
3. Communication
   ・Once we have confirmed that you can accept it, we will give the client the contact information of the advisor.
4. Meeting
   ・Negotiations and promises between the registrant and the client should be made directly at the responsibility of the parties.
   ・"Minakuru" is not responsible for any damages caused by negotiations.
5. Submission of documents
   ・Once the details are determined by the meeting, the client should fill out the "Implementation Decision Details" on the advisor introduction request form and submit it to "Minakuru".
6. Report
   ・Immediately after implementation, the client / advisor should fill out the business report completion form and submit it to Minakuru.

[Tips for Utilizing Advisors]

• The client decides when (1) (time), (2) where (location and scale), (3) who, (4) how much budget and (5) what you want to do, and (3) enough to tell the advisor , Both the advisor and the client will lead to high satisfaction results.
• Expenses for advisors are equivalent to transportation expenses, and depending on the content of the course, there are additional expenses such as material expenses, so it is decided by discussions with the parties.
