"Asahi connection support subsidy" wants to do activity that anyone can participate happily in imminent area! I want to rejuvenate the area with my favorites and special skills! This is a startup subsidy that supports the "first step" of this activity.

From Tuesday, April 1, 2025 to Friday, December 19 (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm)
※The application will be closed as soon as the budget limit is reached.
※A face-to-face interview is required before submitting the application form. (Reservation required)
※Advance consultation is not required. Every Thursday, the Asahi Ward Citizens' Activities Support Center Minakuru also accepts prior consultations (no reservation required, first-come, first-served basis).

Up to 50,000 yen (within 9/10 of subsidized expenses)
※The subsidy can be used from April 1 of the year in which the grant was received to March 31 of the following year. It cannot be carried over to the next fiscal year.
※You can apply for the same year only once per group.

Activities that meet all of the following requirements:
・Activities that started within one year or activities that started by January 2026
・Activities open to the community where anyone can participate

A group of two or more people, including residents of Asahi Ward who are active or plan to do so in Asahi Ward
※If a group that is already active applies, it is necessary to work on a new activity that is different from the one currently underway.

For the purpose of having everyone working on local activities be aware of how the goals of the SDGs Kirat Asahi Plan (Asahi Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan) overlap with their efforts, a check box is provided in the grant application form. I am.
Use the following check sheet to consider the relevance to each goal.

We will review the contents based on the application documents and make a decision. After the decision is made, the ward office will send a letter of advice to the application group.

When you receive the "Grant Decision Letter", please submit an "Invoice".
After confirming the "invoice", a subsidy will be issued approximately one month later.

Please submit a report on the activity results immediately after the activity is completed.
After confirming the contents of the submitted documents, we will send you a “Confirmation Notice” of the subsidy amount, so please keep it.
