Consultation on civil mediation procedures
About "Civil Settlement Procedure Consultation" of Asahi Ward Office
Hodogaya Summary Court Mediation Committee will provide consultation on neighborhood troubles, money lending, real estate troubles, etc. Civil arbitration is a system in which procedures are easier and less expensive than lawsuits. Recommended for those who don't think until the trial but have problems they want to solve. The Asahi Ward Office has established a consultation day by the mediator as follows.
