We are recruiting staff for fiscal year appointments for the full-time job at Asahi Ward Office Insurance and Pension Division National Health Insurance Section.

Main Business Activities
(1) Administrative assistance for Insurance and Pension Division's National Health Insurance, The Long-term Care Insurance, Medical System for Elderly Senior Citizens, and other medical expenses subsidies
(2) Other disaster response services in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary services, only during working hours)
Application requirements (full of all of the following requirements)
(1) Those who have graduated from junior high school as of April 1, 2025
(2) Basic operation of the PC (entering Excel words, terminal operation, etc.) can be performed.
※There is a task of operating personal computers such as data input on a daily basis.
(3) It is desirable to have work experience and knowledge regarding the National Health Insurance, The Long-term Care Insurance, and the medical system for the elderly.
※In addition, those who fall under the disqualification grounds of Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act cannot be hired.

1.Working hours
From 8:45 to 17:15 (including one-hour break)
2.Working days
25 days (excluding weekends and holidays) designated by the director between May 26, 2025 and August 8, 2025.
3.Work location
Asahi Ward Office Insurance and Pension Division National Health Insurance Section (1-4-12 Tsurugamine, Asahi-ku, Yokohama)
4.Compensation, etc.
10,320 yen per day (1,376 yen per hour x 7.5 hours)
※ Commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses, upper limit) will be paid separately.
※ The amount of compensation is estimated as of March 31, 2025. The amount is subject to change due to the revision of the system.

Selection method, etc.
・Selection will be conducted by interview.
・Those who have submitted the application documents by 17:00 on Thursday, April 3, 2025 (except when there are any deficiencies), will be notified of the details such as the date and time of the interview selection.
・Interviews will be held at the Asahi Ward Office from Wednesday, April 9, 2025 to Thursday, April 10, 2025.
・Please refer to the application guidelines for details such as notification of results.
・The appointment of the Fiscal Year Appointment Staff to be adopted in this selection shall be subject to the suspension of the fiscal year 2025 budget being approved in Yokohama City Council.
