Information on fire prevention management training/disaster prevention management training (retraining)

• Re-training of fire prevention and disaster prevention management: Courses taken by those who already have qualifications as Class A fire prevention manager and disaster prevention manager
• Class A fire prevention management retraining: Courses taken by those who already have the qualification of Class A fire prevention manager

※ In Yokohama City, there is no "disaster prevention management retraining" held solely.
　 Even if you only need to re-train the disaster prevention management, please take the "Fire and Disaster Prevention Management Re-training".
※ There are certain conditions for those who are required to take re-training.

• Those who live in Yokohama City and have been appointed as fire prevention managers and disaster prevention managers

• Those who have been appointed as fire prevention managers and disaster prevention managers in buildings in Yokohama City

※ You can take the course if you apply to either one (if neither applies, you will not be able to take the course).

• Re-training of fire prevention and disaster prevention management 4,000 yen
• Class A fire prevention management retraining 3,800 yen

※ The tuition fee is tax-free.
※ Since it is tax-exempt, we do not respond to the invoice system.

Payment method consists of payment form payment and cashless payment.
※ If you are applying on the Internet, you can choose either method.
※ In the case of application at window of fire department, it becomes "payment notice payment".

• If you wish to cancel the course, please contact us at least 2 weeks before the date of the course.
• If you cancel for your own convenience, the tuition fee will not be refunded.
• We will not be able to change the course date, so please cancel the course you have already applied for and apply again on another schedule.

※ Only when the course is canceled due to a natural disaster, etc., transfer attendance or refund of the tuition fee is possible.

※ Reception start time is from 9:00 am for all courses.
※ Please note that cannot enter the class venue when it is past the start time of the class.

The deadline for attending the course varies depending on the “completion date” of the course and the “election date” of the fire prevention manager / disaster prevention manager.
Apply your "Completion Date" and "Appointment Date" to the following example to confirm.

The course deadline is within 5 years from the first April 1 after the “Completion Date”.

(Example) Completion date = June 1, 2016, appointment date = October 1, 2019 (3 years and 4 months from completion date to appointment date)
　→Due date = April 1, 2017 to within 5 years = March 31, 2022

The deadline for attending the course is within one year from the date of appointment.

(Example) Completion date = August 1, 2014, appointment date = October 1, 2019 (5 years and 2 months from completion date to appointment date)
　→Due date = October 1, 2019 to within one year = September 30, 2020

• Please bring your attendance slip, original or copy of the receipt (in the case of cashless payment, payment completion screen) and writing utensils for the course.

• There is no parking lot at the training venue, so please use public transportation.
• There is no trash can at the training venue, so please take your trash such as lunch boxes home with you.
