1.Course guidance

Courses held online

  • New course on fire prevention and disaster prevention management: Training to acquire the qualification of Class A fire prevention manager or disaster prevention manager for the first time
  • Class B fire prevention management course: Training to acquire the qualification of Class B fire protection manager for the first time
  • Re-training of fire prevention and disaster prevention management: Courses taken by those who already have qualifications as Class A fire prevention manager and disaster prevention manager
  • Class A fire prevention management retraining: Courses taken by those who already have the qualification of Class A fire prevention manager

What is an online course?

 In the online course, you can complete the course by watching videos within the specified course period using a PC, tablet or smartphone connected to the Internet.
 However, in the “Fire and Disaster Prevention Management New Course”, after watching the video, it is necessary to take half-day courses such as practical skills and effect measurement at the training venue at the specified date and time.

2.Course conditions

Targets

  • Those who live in Yokohama City and are scheduled to be appointed or appointed as fire prevention managers or disaster prevention managers

Or,

  • Person who is going to be appointed or appointed as fire prevention manager, disaster prevention manager in building in Yokohama-shi

Course environment

To watch the video, a terminal (PC, tablet, smartphone, etc.) that satisfies the following is required.

  • Terminals connected to the Internet
  • Terminals with camera functions (needed to prevent unauthorized attendance)

4.How to apply

The only way to apply for online courses is "Internet Application".
※ Please note that is different from the application for class page of the venue holding.

5.Fees: Payment method

According to the provisions of the "Yokohama City Fire Prevention Ordinance Article 69-2", a tuition fee (tax-exempt) is required.

Fee (non-taxable)

  • New training course for fire prevention and disaster prevention management 6,800 yen
  • Class B fire prevention management course 4,400 yen
  • Re-training of fire prevention and disaster prevention management 4,000 yen
  • Class A fire prevention management retraining 3,800 yen

※ The tuition fee is tax-free.
※ Since it is tax-exempt, we do not respond to the invoice system.
※ Communication fees incurred when taking the course will be borne by the individual.

Payment method

Please pay when you apply for the course.
Payment method in online courses is only cashless payment.

※ For cashless payments, receipts will not be issued.
※ If you need a receipt, please make sure that you can substitute it on the payment completion screen or statement of use before applying.

6.How to attend the course

  • Once the payment has been confirmed, we will send the URL for the course to the registered email address.
  • When it is the start date of the course, please access from the URL and take the course.

※ In the new training course for fire prevention and disaster prevention management, it is necessary to come to the venue on the designated day and take a practical training course.

7.Issuance of a certificate of completion

  • In the “Fire and Disaster Prevention Management Re-training” and “Class A Fire Prevention Management Re-training”, a certificate of completion will be sent by mail at a later date to those who have completed the course within the period.
  • In the “Fire and Disaster Prevention Management New Course”, a certificate of completion will be issued at the venue on the practical skill training day.

8.Cancellation of course

  • If you cancel for your own convenience, the tuition fee will not be refunded.
  • We will not be able to change the course date, so please cancel the course you have already applied for and apply again on another schedule.

9.Training time

Class B fire prevention management course

  • Video time: Approx. 5 hours (viewing location: any location)
  • Course period: Within 2 weeks

Re-training of fire prevention and disaster prevention management

  • Video time: Approx. 3 hours (viewing location: any location)
  • Course period: Within 2 weeks

Class A fire prevention management retraining

  • Video time: Approx. 2 hours (viewing location: any location)
  • Course period: Within 2 weeks

New course on fire prevention and disaster prevention management

※ "Online courses" and "collective courses" are sets, so you need to take both courses.

Online training

  • Video time: Approx. 10 hours (viewing location: any location)
  • Course period: Within 2 weeks

Group-type training

  • Training time: From 9:20 to 12:00 (reception starts: 9:00)
  • Date and time: The date specified after the end of the video duration (please check the schedule)
  • Training venue: Yokohama City Training Center (72-1 Yamashitacho, Naka-ku)
