Status report of COVID-19 infection, etc. (for entrance facilities, etc.)

If the following infection status occurs in the facility after May 8, 2023, please report to the public health center and Motoichi jurisdiction section. Depending on the content of the report, the health center will provide guidance on infection control as appropriate.
　・Situation that needs to be reported to public health centers (Health and Welfare Center each ward) (if any of 1 to 3 applies)
　① In the event that two or more seriously ill patients are suspected according to COVID-19 infection occur within a week
　② When more than 10 people or more than half of all users are infected.
　③ ①Even if it does not fall under 2 and 2, it is suspected that outbreaks exceed normal outbreak trends, especially when the facility manager deems it necessary to report.
